Losing my cherry

So, I've finally decided to lose my blog cherry.

Can't figure out quite why I'm doing this.

Am I doing this just to say that have a blog? To get attention?
Or just to have a place where I can get my thoughts down? To
express some wee little bit of quasi-creativity?
